A short Aviator sortie, read off the Android card

This is not a diary of a flight I timed. It is the shape of a sitting that the 9 October 2026 listing makes available, and the parts I refuse to fill in.

Opening an Aviator sortie from the card

You start from a campaign, not from a blank sky. Five air forces are named. A short sitting, if I take the text literally, is one mission inside one of those campaigns: pick planes and pilots, fly the job, come back to a base that can grow hangars and guns.

What the Aviator about text says you might meet

Enemy fighters. Bombers over your own structures. Ships, because it mentions weakening a navy. A bomber seat of your own against a strategic target. The geography can switch from tundra to desert to the Pacific without leaving the same app. A short sortie is still one of those jobs, not all of them.

Money and ads inside an Aviator sitting

The card says the app contains ads and in-app purchases at $0.99 – $7.99 per item. It also says you can play without paying, in the sense that the price model is free to install. I am not claiming a session is free of ads. The public reviews visible on the card argue about gold after missions and about ad length; those are player sentences, not patch notes, so I treat them as opinions on the page, not as mechanics I verified.

What I will not time

The listing does not publish a mission clock, a fuel figure, or a “session length”. 10M+ downloads and 4.1 from 147K reviews say nothing about how long one flight lasts. Offline is a tag on the card, which means a sitting can be away from a network if the tag is accurate. I have not re-tested that tag on a device for this note.
